Customer Satisfaction Review (2020)
ACE undertook a satisfaction survey in 2020, the first one was taken in 2013. The survey looks at use cases and satisfaction rate across all products and services provided by ACE and aims to provide ACE with a deeper understanding of customers’ preferences in order to better improve the program moving forward.
