The history and development of the
Anh Chi Em program
2007

The Anh Chi Em Program was established by the Entrepreneurs du Monde with the name Chi Em (Sister). The organization was established in Dien Bien district, Dien Bien Province.
2009

Expanding operations to Muong Ang district, Dien Bien province
2011

The program was renamed to Anh Chi Em (Brothers and Sisters)
2015

Start to be financially self-sufficient

Recognized by the State Bank of Vietnam and Citi bank Foundation as a microfinance institution for the poor
From 2014 to 2018

08 ACE customers were honored by Citibank Vietnam in collaboration with the State Bank of Vietnam as "Honor Micro-Entrepreneurs"
2017

Won the title of "Microfinance institution committed to financial inclusion" recognized by Citibank Vietnam in collaboration with the State Bank of Vietnam
2019
Awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Foreign Non-Governmental Working Group of Dien Bien Province for outstanding achievements in community socio-economic development
Open one more branch operating in 04 communes of Dien Bien district.
