🌱 TRAINING ON MANAGEMENT CAPACITY BUILDING FOR CHỊ EM COFFEE COOPERATIVE

To prepare for the establishment of the Chị Em Coffee Cooperative, on May 5 and 6, 2026, Entrepreneurs du Monde – Anh Chị Em Program organized a training workshop with the participation of the future cooperative management committee and cooperative members.

Through the training, participants were able to:

✔️ Better understand the roles and responsibilities of the management committee in operating the cooperative

✔️ Understand the organizational structure, operational regulations, the roles and responsibilities of cooperative members

✔️ Practice bookkeeping and record-keeping skills for production and business activities

This marks an important first step toward building a transparent, efficient, and sustainable cooperative model, contributing to improved livelihoods for local communities. 💚
