With the goal of fostering a more professional, respectful, and effective work environment, Entrepreneurs du Monde – Anh Chi Em program is seeking HR experts to support the following activities:

• Delivering non-violent communication training to ACE staff

• Training on MBTI (or equivalent)

• Strengthening leadership, communication, and collective decision-making skills

• Reviewing HR policies to promote gender equality and ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws
